the collection process our law firm clients will be able to track the progress
of each case submitted through a web based password protected software
management system.
All
new cases submitted can be mailed, faxed or uploaded directly onto our web
based management system utilizing a unique log in and password.Documentation
can be scanned and uploaded to each case to streamline the process and save costs.
Cases
are updated as they as worked and are available to view 24 hours 7 days a week.
Claims submitted for collection through our network are bonded and insured for One Million Dollars per
claim through a Surety Bond.
COSTS AND FEES:
Fees
are contingent upon collection;
No
initial fees are required to start the collection process;
If
a lawsuit or an arbitration becomes necessary your firm will be required to advance
court/arbitration costs and an administration fee of $50 per collection file
submitted.
